  7. The opponent does not want to discourage or challenge the bettor.

  9. Spend some time reviewing this sequence.  Always keep in mind that players who look away from the action are more dangerous than those who watch or look at the bettor.  The player at right does not want to do anything to discourage the bet.  Expect him to raise.  This is a very important tell.
